Remember when you used to party at Studio 54 all the time? There’s a new reason for clubbers to go back to the MGM Grand’s nightclub thanks to celebrity DJ Skribble.

Beginning March 6, the turntabilist popular with the party people starts his weekly Saturday night event titled, “Freakshow.” The two-story venue will be renovated into a modern-day circus for all the freaks to play in … wait, circus? Hmm… that appears to be a popular theme for 2010 as the just announced “The Cat’s Meow” with Felix da Housecat also has a circus theme and begins March 22. (No word on whether Circus Circus is planning a nightclub event now, or if Cirque du Soleil is at all threatened by this new trend.) Who will take center ring? Does it even matter? We’ve got some partying to do!
