Increasing the Hard Rock's pool count by three, HRH Beach Club and Skybar (both opening Tuesday, March 16) have a lot to offer and so far we're hearing only good things. Looks like it's been worth the wait!
The digs: Aesthetically similar to the original Hard Rock pool area, the new HRH Beach Club includes a similar sandy-bottom pool, lush foliage and winding paths, but possesses a more upscale, modern design to reflect the personality of the new HRH tower. The double-decker Skybar pool deck is all clean lines and fresh décor.
The vibe: Decidedly chill. Hotel guests, local tastemakers, and international sun-seekers will find a more relaxed and refined atmosphere here than that found next door at the Hard Rock pool, home to the Rehab Sunday pool party. Nightlife programming begins at Skybar in mid-April.
The view: From its elevated location between the Hard Rock Pool and the HRH Beach Club, two-story Skybar forms the third branch of the Hard Rock pool complex, offering amazing views of the city.

The amenities: The Skybar Café, swim-up blackjack, a rooftop pool with a peek-a-boo floor and a unique dish-style infinity pool just three feet deep for reclined lounging are just a few of the things guests will love about Skybar. At the center of the HRH Beach club pool, the water is a refreshing 15 degrees cooler than the rest of the pool.
The sound: At the neighboring Hard Rock Hotel pool, S.K.A.M. DJs spin Saturdays while Rehab and Relax parties bring house on Sundays and Mondays, respectively; live music continues to reign at the Friday Night Live concert series.
