Hey west-siders! You’re getting a new neighborhood watering hole soon.

That’s because the people behind Henderson’s Elixir cocktail lounge and Remedy’s Taverns announced this week they’ll be expanding late next month with a new bar called Distill.

Opening February 22, the Summerlin boozery will feature a full bar with 15 gaming machines, 18 HD televisions and an outdoor space called the “backyard” with fire pits and couches. Hungry? Distill’s kitchen will be open 24/7, with happy hour food (and drink) specials running twice daily (from 3-6 p.m. and 3-6 a.m.).

In other neighborhood bar news, the launch of a new PT’s brand, PT’s Ranch, was only recently announced by PT's Entertainment Group, a subsidiary of Golden Gaming. The new brand kicked off in December at the old Roadrunner (at Eastern and Pebble), after the company had already opened the space as a PT’s Gold in October. The venue features a “distinctive western décor,” with the menu including southwestern-style bites.

An additional two PT’s Gold locations were opened in December, as Golden Gaming also acquired the former storefronts of O’Aces (right off the 215 and Sunset) and Tomfoolery (at Horizon and Boulder Highway). The new taverns mean PT’s Entertainment Group now owns and operates 45 taverns statewide, maintaining the company’s status as Nevada’s largest tavern operator.

Distill 10820 W. Charleston Blvd., 534-1400, distillbar.com.

PT’s Ranch 2430 E. Pebble, 998-9809, pteglvcom.

PT’s Gold 9050 W. Post Rd., 798-7678; 1331 S. Boulder Hwy., 307-5111; pteglvcom.
