As featured in the January/February issue of Vegas Magazine (“How green is our valley”), Southern Wine and Spirits’ director of mixology Armando Rosario’s liquid antipasto captures all the flavor of a nice plate of Italian bruschetta ... sans plate.

Crop also makes a bright, organic cucumber vodka as well as a traditional organic artisanal vodka. Try Crop Tomato for a bloodier Bloody Mary.

Ingredients:

2.5 oz. Crop Organic Tomato Vodka

Splash of Cinzano Dry Vermouth

2-3 fresh basil leaves

1 fresh cherry tomato, halved

Method:

Lightly muddle basil in a mixing glass. Add ice, vodka and vermouth; shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drop in tomato halves.

  • This cocktail was inspired by the fragrances of autumn, including fresh pine, stewed berries and baking spices.
