For Eddie Cochran there may not have been a cure for the summertime blues, but La Cave at the Wynn is ready to change all that. The sleek lounge and restaurant reveals a new cocktail menu this week, and its No. 1 seller is certain to be the Summertime Blue ($15).

The libation’s creator, bartender Kuy Goy, captures the highlights of the season and presents them neatly in a cocktail glass. Hangar One blueberry, a spirit made from wild Maine berries, sets a solid base bursting with a floral bouquet. St. Germain adds subtle-yet-complex elderflower flavor, while fresh lemon completes the finish.

Whip up a batch of this vodka elixir for a homestyle sing-along, or nestle into serene paradise (aka La Cave’s patio), for some summertime sippin’.
