Cocktail lovers, a few new watering holes should be on your radar. The swanky Fizz is now serving up champagne, couture cocktails and caviar at Caesars Palace. The high-end lounge and bar is a collaboration between Michael Greco and Steven Kennedy’s Marvel Management and Marketing and Elton John’s husband, David Furnish, and the two-story space is meant to evoke a retro-luxury vibe.

Across the Valley, the Downtown Container Park’s opening over the weekend also marked the debut of Bin 702, featuring 16 wines on tap as well as a selection of salads and paninis, and Fremont East fixture Michael Cornthwaite’s latest venture, the Boozery. Expect a handful of craft beers on tap, full liquor bar and snacks like peanuts and beef jerky to be enjoyed on the patio.

Pool parties in December? Marquee recently installed a dome structure over its dayclub area, transforming it into what seems to be a winter-friendly venue resembling the hangar-style stages at EDC Las Vegas and Orlando. The club isn’t revealing any specifics yet beyond it being a “new experience,” but we’ve heard the QDome or Dayclub Dome has been in use as of last week.
