The Art-n-Ink Tattoo festival is back. Some of the best tattoo artists in the southwest gathered for the three-day convention at the South Point. Visitors of all ages watched the artists art work and browsed other tattoo-related wares including paintings, pinstriped coffins, alternative fashion, and more.
