Vegas Uncork'd Saber Off
The 12th annual Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appetit got kicked off with a ceremonial saber off at The Park between New York New York and T-Mobile Arena. Chef Masaharu Morimoto was tapped for the job, and used many attempts to remove the cork with his katana before finally removing the cork from a bottle of Prosecco. Vegas Uncork'd runs May 10-13 with dinners, demonstrations, chef meet-and-greets and other events scattered across several resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.
