Chef Masayoshi Takayama bring his Japanese cuisine to Las Vegas for the first time with barMASA at ARIA. The restaurant shares its space with Takayama's other dining experience, Shaboo. The two unique dining experiences offer different styles of service and cuisine.
BarMASA is a modern Japanese restaurant in which guests can order from an à la carte menu. BarMASA uses fish that have been out of Japan’s coastal waters for no more than 24 hours.
