Crafted by renowned Chef Anthony Meidenbauer of Holstein’s fame, The Barrymore menu features an array of signature items as well as a continual rotation of new selections made from seasonal ingredients to complement the weather. One of their signature dishes is an 18-ounce, Bone-in Ribeye that is aged for 28 days.
The Las Vegas Weekly says the Barrymore is "Hollywood glam meets Sin City swank with polished American food in the mix. Call it new old school."
