Chef Paul Bartolotta celebrates the traditions of Italian coastal cooking at his namesake restaurant, with fresh seafood and shellfish flown in the Mediterranean, as well as homemade pastas and Italian specialties. You can dine indoors with rich decor or dine outdoors in private cabanas surrounding a lagoon. The restaurant is a 2012 Forbes Four Star Award winner and has been honored multiple times with AAA Four Diamond awards.
