Biaggio's Pizzeria uses only the freshest and highest-grade ingredients, placing only Grade Cheese on its pies, which are all fired in a brick oven. Biaggio's offers breakfast pizzas, plus daily specials and desserts. They are closed on Sundays.
The Las Vegas Weekly's Brock Radke says he checked it out when he saw the twitter handle @BestPizzaInLV. Here's what he found:
"Biaggio’s pizza is very New Yorkish, with a thin foldable crust and a unique, almost sweet taste. Best in LV? That’s subjective, but this stuff is better than pretty good."
