Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill the produce of the brother-restaurateur team of Bruce and Eric Bromberg. The two already have eight restaurants in New York, but Blue Ribbon is their first restaurant venture in Las Vegas. In addition to sushi and sashimi, there's also American fare like steaks and chops available. Signature dishes include Fried Chicken "Blue Ribbon Style" with Shichimi pepper and wasabi honey, and Honoo — Blue Ribbon spicy sushi and roll.
The Las Vegas Weekly's Brock Radke gives high marks to the fried chicken.
