Burger Bistro, an upscale burger eatery at LVH, provides its diners with a menu featuring a variety of meat, seafood and veggie burger options — Angus beef, California lamb, yellow tail tuna, turkey breast, lump and black fin crab and kosher vegetarian. Customers can also choose from a variety of toppings from special bistro sauce to foie gras terrine with sweet apples.
