Firefly is a tapas kitchen and bar with three locations in the Las Vegas Valley. The Henderson restaurant, located on Eastern Avenue, is now serving brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The restaurant has also decided to end its daily lunchtime hours and is opening at 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
