Mint Indian Bistro brings you a taste of the Himalayan region's rich culinary heritage that's as diverse as the many ethnic groups in the three neighboring countries of Nepal, India and Tibet. Painstakingly gathered from a wide variety of kitchens in the south Asian region, Himalayan Cuisine offers a unique dining experience, as exotic and enchanting as this fusion of Hindu and Buddist Cultures. Menu options include tandoor delicacies, curries and naans, momos, tangy chaats and crispy dosas. They also have one of largest varieties of international beers in Las Vegas and lay claim to having the largest variety for any Indian restaurant.
The daily lunch buffet is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner is from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
