Pub 1842
Description
Celebrity chef Michael Mina has recently opened Pub 1842 in the MGM Grand spot that formerly housed his SeaBlue restaurant, which closed in August 2012.
In addition to the expected, expansive selection of beer, the pub’s specialty cocktails include “fizzy lifting drinks,” individually bottled, carbonated cocktails, and house-made infusions and seasonal punches. The food menu includes starters such as lobster corn dogs and pork green chili with a grilled tortilla, and larger dishes including wood-fired steaks, salads, sandwiches, and the peanut butter crunch burger with bacon jam, potato chips and pimento cheese.
