Riva, by Wolfgang Puck, is exclusive to hotel guests. Set amidst the Venetian's pools, Riva Poolside offers guests cocktails as well as breakfast and lunch featuring Puck's trademarked items as well as traditional favorites.
Breakfast includes Puck's take on a breakfast burrito, stuffing it with cheddar cheese, chorizo and potatoes. Riva also offers buttermilk pancakes with fresh blueberries and vanilla mascarpone and crisp Belgian waffles with fresh strawberries. The menu also features fruit smoothies, granola parfaits and steel-cut oatmeal with toasted walnuts and plumped raisins.
Lunch selections feature spicy glazed chicken wings with house-made blue cheese dressing, Mediterranean chopped vegetable salad, with grilled shrimp and feta; prime burger with white cheddar, plus Puck's signature pizzas. Take out is also available for guests who want to eat back at their suites.
