The menu at this pleasant, well-appointed breakfast/lunch joint in the Silverado Center is mostly what you’d expect—the pancake-y, Cobb salad-y variety. There's something to be said for keeping things simple—and delicious. Try the Mediterranean wrap (tuna, hummus, roasted red peppers, lettuce and tomato, $7.99) and a side of hummus with pita wedges ($6.99).
