TJ's recalls the vibe of old Vegas with rich woodwork and top-notch steaks and seafood. Chef Rafael Lucuara's signature dishes include crab cakes, calamari steak and a 22-ounce bone-in rib eye. Pricing for appetizers, which include the assorted seafood platter and blackened ahi tuna, run between $14 and $39. Entrées are from $30 to $70 and include hand-cut steak broiled over an open mesquite flame, plus organic herb-roasted chicken, herb-encrusted or steamed halibut, filet of salmon, sea bass, or Colorado lamb chops.
