You better not fret. You better not cry. You better not watch Jay Leno on The Tonight Show, and we'll tell you why: Conan O'Brien is coming to town.

Yes, the hilariously funny oversized redhead who's recently been booted from television is taking his act to the streets this summer with a 30-city live comedy and music review.

Kicking off in April in Eugene, Oregon, the tour lovingly has been named the Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour, and Coco and Co. (aka sidekick Andy Richter and the former Tonight Show band) will be heading our way May 1 and 2. O'Brien is setting up shop at The Pearl at the Palms for a pair of 9 p.m. shows for which tickets are running $75-$150.

A release issued today claimed the show "promises to be a night of music, comedy, hugging and the occasional awkward silence" — all things we love, of course (along with horny bears and dogs that smoke cigars and talk smack).

Conan, apparently, didn't even really want to hit the road. "It was either a massive 30-city tour or start helping out around the house," he said via the release. Thank god Coco hates doing dishes.
