So many great comedians, all under the tutelage of Dave Chappelle and Flight of the Conchords (who, in turn, are nestled under the tutelage of Funny or Die’s Will Ferrell and Adam McKay). Yes, the Oddball Comedy & Curiosity Festival kicks off next month, and winds up at Mandalay Bay on September 21.

Tickets for the Las Vegas performance go on sale this Friday, July 19. Problem is, we don’t know exactly who’s on the ticket. All the other tour dates have confirmed performers (along with headliners Chappelle and Conchords) but the Oddball Fest website has a hole where the Vegas lineup should be.

We can hope for John Mulaney (who’s playing New Jersey and Massachusetts) and Kristen Schaal (who seems to be going everywhere else). With my luck, I’ll get a ticket and show up to see Carlos Mencia and Dane Cook.
