While Cinco de Mayo seems to be a bigger holiday in the U.S. than in its country of origin, Las Vegas embraces all things Mexican for a weekend-long fiesta. Enjoy drink specials on margaritas, tequila shots and Mexican beer and tasty food specials on all of your favorites like tacos, burritos and nachos. Read on to plan your ideal weekend.

Mixer at Lily: Mario Guardado and Latin Media Group present a Cinco de Mayo social mixer at Bellagio’s lounge including the Fama Magazine party.

Two-day fiesta at Cantina Laredo: On Saturday, Cantina Laredo presents live bands from 6-9 p.m. then DJs from 9 until midnight. Partygoers are invited to partake in cigar rolling and raffle opportunities and take a swing at playful piñatas. Cantina Laredo will offer specials on its signature Modern Mexican cuisine including $2 tacos and drink specials including $2 drafts and can beer, $4 Sauza Ritas and $6 Cinco Ritas. On Sunday, enjoy the same specials plus a kid-friendly atmosphere featuring music, pony rides, balloon artists, piñatas and games.

XIV Vegas Sessions: Neon Fiesta at Hyde: Hyde invites guests to the last XIV Vegas Sessions bash before the party takes a short hiatus for the summer. Beginning at 5 p.m., the party will feature music from DJs Julien Nolan, Zen Freeman, Julian Ingrosso and D4NI3L.

Fiesta at Rockhouse: Rockhouse in the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian hosts a Cinco de Mayo fiesta with $5 Dos Equis bottles, $5 Sauza Hornitos Lime shots and $7 margaritas, available all day. Patrons can also enjoy all-day open bar access for $50, or two-for-one domestic drafts and well cocktails during happy hour from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Cinco de Mayo festival at Boulevard mall: Enjoy a Cinco de Mayo festival to celebrate and honor Mexican history and pride. The mall is transformed into a cultural festival complete with live music, folkloric dancers and mariachi provided by Mexico Vivo Dance Company and much more. All ages are welcome. Partial proceeds benefit the Mexican Patriotic Committee, which is housed at the Boulevard mall.

Fiesta drink specials at Public House: Public House Las Vegas at Luxor celebrates Cinco de Mayo with fiesta drink specials including $5 Dos Equis, Corona, Micheladas, Patrón shots and margaritas on the rocks. They also will offer $10 Loaded Coronas, an ice-cold Corona combined with a shot of Jose Cuervo tequila.

Mexican street food fair at Dos Caminos: Dos Caminos celebrates a return to Las Vegas with a Mexican street food fair in honor of Cinco de Mayo. The festivities begin Friday with DJ entertainment and food and drink specials all weekend in the restaurant, while Sunday features an outdoor street food fair under a 4,000 square foot tent in the parking lot. Starting at 11 am Sunday, Corporate Executive Chef Ivy Stark and the Dos Caminos will cook at stations highlighting street food, including tacos, an al pastor spit, grilled corn, mango on a stick, ice cream and more, along with agua fresca, tubs of beer and margaritas, all available for purchase. Guest can also enjoy mariachi music, guacamole and cocktail demonstrations and Chef Stark will be signing her cookbook, "Dos Caminos Mexican Street Food." A portion of proceeds from the day will benefit the Three Square Food Bank.

Cinco de Mayo celebration at Hussong’s: Hussong’s Cantina & Taqueria at the Shoppes at Mandalay Place celebrates Cinco de Mayo with drink and food specials plus music from mariachis including Benny the Mini Mariachi. Specials include $4 pints of Pacifico and Modelo Especial, $5 shots of Cazadores tequila or $20 chalices of Cazadores Margaritas and $20 buckets of Corona and Corona Light.

Tres, Cuatro, Cinco: Let’s Drinko!: Cabo Wabo Cantina inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood presents a weekend-long “Tres, Cuatro, Cinco: Let’s Drinko!” Cinco de Mayo bash Friday through Sunday. Beginning Friday at noon, guests can enjoy live music on the Strip-side patio plus daily and hourly drink and shot specials including $5 daiquiris and fireball shots at the daiquiri bar. The Dos Equis girls will be handing out prizes as well throughout the weekend.

Cinco de Drinko at PBR Rock Bar: Partygoers can enjoy food and drink specials at PBR Rock Bar & Grill inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on Cinco de Mayo. Enjoy street tacos, priced at $5 all day and $18 Bud Light Lime and Lime-a-Rita buckets, priced at $18 all day.

Tequila session and food specials at South Point: Kick off Cinco de Mayo weekend at Baja Miguel’s with an authentic three-course menu for $15.95. Diners will begin their authentic experience with a complimentary margarita and the option of a chicken tortilla soup or fideo soup. For the second course, guests can select from a rib-eye cilantro served with cilantro rice and tri-color beans or a seafood chimichanga featuring shrimp, scallops and crab rolled in a cheese flour tortilla and a side of creamy tomatillo sauce. Dessert is a savory peach Grand Marnier flan. This special is available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 to 11 p.m. on Sunday.

Keep the Cinco de Mayo fun going this year with a Tequila Session at South Point’s Miguel’s Tequila Bar Monday from 7 to 10 p.m. The complimentary tequila tasting will feature an extensive selection of tequilas plus DJ and live mariachi music.

Food and drink specials at Señor Frog’s: Señor Frog’s Las Vegas at Treasure Island host parties for Cuatro and Cinco de Mayo with drink specials and entertainment all day. The Cinco de Mayo celebration will begin early with drink specials from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. including $3 house tequila shots and two-for-one signature margarita yards. Groups can enjoy the Social Margarita Bucket with more than 60-ounces of margarita equipped with multiple straws for four or five people to enjoy, priced at $45. A specialty Mexican buffet, priced at $30 per person will also be available to partiers from 5:30 to 9 p.m. The buffet will include Mexican rice, rolled pork carnitas, crispy chicken tacos, refried beans, pozole, chicken mole, beef fajitas, quesadillas, fish ceviche and sopecitos. The Cinco de Mayo bash will continue into the night and will require a cover charge of $20 for señors and $10 for señoritas starting at 10 p.m. Revelers can enjoy the indoor-outdoor party bar with non-stop karaoke, live music, conga lines and a DJ.

Fat Bar drink speicials: The Fat Bar by Fatburger on the Strip will celebrate Cinco de Mayo Friday through Sunday with DJs, $5 margaritas, 2-for-1 Pacificos and a bucket of five Coronas for $17.

Cinco de Mayo food and drink specials: Rice & Company at Luxor Hotel and Casino celebrates Cinco de Mayo with a spicy sushi roll and cocktail pairing, priced at $25. Enjoy the Fire Breathing Dragon Roll, created by Executive Sushi Chef Danny Chen, and made with shrimp tempura, fresh habañero, ghost chile pepper sauce, crab meat, Pop Rocks and micro cilantro, accompanied by hot sauces for dipping and wash it down with the Mexican Samurai cocktail, a sweet and spicy blend of TY KU Soju, apple syrup, fresh lemon juice, agave nectar and a muddled jalapeño.

Fuku de Mayo at Backstage Bar and Billards: Local food trucks, including Fukuburger, unite for a Cinco de Mayo roundup, offering holiday twists on their usual menu items for the occasion. The party bash also features local fashion boutiques, music and, of course, tequila.

Cinco de Mayo fiesta at Dick’s Last Resort: The Cinco de Mayo fiesta at Dick’s Last Resort inside Excalibur Hotel & Casino offers Cinco de Mayo specials Friday through Sunday. Specials, priced at $15, include Taco’s Taco Salad and Macho Nachos. Drink specials include two-for-one El Jimador specialty drinks in a Dick’s Last Resort’s 16 ounce souvenir cup for $10. Other specialty cocktails include the Tequila Sunrise, Dick’s Hand-Crafted Margarita, Adios Motha and $5 Dos Equis 24-ounce plus $5 Bud Light Lime bottles.

Cinco de Mayo dance at Winchester Cultural Center: Ballet Folklorico Xyachimal will perform "Cinco Folklorico," a dance depiction of the Battle of Puebla, or the great battle of Cinco de Mayo, on Saturday at the Winchester Cultural Center Theater.

Beaches Be Crazy at Bagatelle Beach: Las Vegas Weekly presents its first-ever dayclub pool series, Beaches Be Crazy, debuting Sunday. The monthly event offers Weekly readers the best setting to catch some rays with featured cocktails, entertainment, music, unique activities, photo opportunities, giveaways and more. Beaches Be Crazy guests can avoid the long lines and cover charge. The party starts on Cinco De Mayo at Bagatelle Beach. Attendees who RSVP will enjoy a performance by B-Real of Cypress Hill, complimentary entry and cocktails courtesy of Herradura Tequila from 1 – 3 p.m. RSVP here.

Tacos & Tequila’s Cinco celebration: The restaurant will offer Cinco de Mayo specials Friday through Sunday including the Jabbarita, named and created in honor of the new Jabbawockeez show, priced at $8, extreme tacos including Bouche Tacos, Cesos Tacos and Lengua Tacos, offered at $3 a la carte, $8 Micheladas, Palomas and El Jimador Margaritas as well as a $5 menu featuring guacamole, habañero chicken wings, flautas, fiesta nachos, chicken quesadillas, Dos Equis, El Jimador shots and sangria will be available over the weekend. T&T’s signature Mariachi Brunch including two-for-one El Jimador Margaritas and Bloody Marias will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy $5 Dos Equis and Dos Equis giveaways from 1 to 3 p.m. and $5 El Jimador shots and $8 El Jimador margaritas with giveaways from El Jimador from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday. The Jabbawockeez will host on Cinco de Mayo and will judge a dance contest with a $500 prize and a photo booth contest with $250 in prizes.

Comme Ca’s Cinco de Mayo drink specials: Comme Ca celebrates Cinco de Mayo by highlighting the restaurant's three tequila based 18A cocktails with a half-off special price of $7.50 from 5 – 7 p.m. The handcrafted tequila cocktails available at Comme Ca include the Don Guillermo, Leaving Tijuana and Royal Mexican Firing Squad.

Cinco de Mayo pool party at Riviera: The Riviera Casino & Hotel hosts a pool party on Cinco de Mayo with live entertainment plus food and drink specials. Drink specials include $3 Espolon shots $8 - 2 for 1 margaritas and $20 buckets of 8 cans of Corona and Corona Light.

Cinco de Mayo drink specials: Border Grill at Mandalay Bay celebrates Cinco de Mayo Friday through Sunday with drink specials including $5 blanco margaritas, $8 Patron margaritas, $10 margarita and Corona deal, $29 buckets of five Coronas with a 200 mL bottle of Patron Silver.

Cinco de Mayo drink specials: Rhumbar at The Mirage throws a weekend-long Cinco de Mayo bash with drink specials, live music and hookah Friday through Sunday. Enjoy music from DJs and drink specials like $5 Dos Equis and Patrón shots as well as $7 Patrón margaritas. Enjoy happy hour specials from 1 – 6 p.m. including $5 rum punch cocktails and Coors Light, $18 domestic beer buckets and $8 house selection cigars.

Cinco de Mayo drink specials: The Race & Sportsbook, 8 Pool, C Bar and Images Lounge at Stratosphere feature drink specials from 9 a.m. until midnight including $5 Patron shots, $3 Coronas and poolside entertainment starting at noon each day.
