Tuscan Chopped Salad The Lake Las Vegas Hilton’s Firenze Lounge is a best-kept secret for killer sunsets and cocktails, but don’t miss the food. Especially this medley of wild greens, roasted chicken, avocado, cucumber, tomato, carrot, olives and chickpeas beautifully dressed in creamy citrus-basil dressing. It’s worth the drive. $12.
