Nipples, whose primary function is to breast-feed infants, are apparently so vulgar and sinful they must be covered in public—always. Men can rip off their shirts in public, women will be cited. Clark County is particularly ridiculous. According to its Title 30 sign code, it’s okay for men show their nipples so long as their breasts are not augmented to look like women’s breasts. That means even manboobs are okey-dokey. But ladies, show a little nipple and areola and you’re breaking the law. Double standard? Do we even have to ask?
