With a time clock. In 2006 Las Vegas stopped issuing marriage licenses after midnight. Officials said the graveyard shift only accounted for about 4 percent of its business. But when you’re fighting to remain Wedding Capital of the World, every bit helps. Maybe it’s time to revive the late-night licensing.
