Las Vegas BikeFest | Cashman Center | October 4, 2013

At this year’s Las Vegas BikeFest, I wandered over to the Bike Games event near the main stage, where four couples on motorcycles were competing in five challenges, each requiring skill and precision. The most entertaining was the Weenie Bite, where the rider on the back of the motorcycle tries to snag as much of a hanging hot dog as possible—no hands allowed. It takes great timing and smooth driving, and the crowd went wild as each couple took a turn, an odd bit of sexuality seemingly mixed in. For me, the funniest sight was the weenie pieces left on the course at the end, the women electing not to actually eat their bites.
