Even at the tattoo expo to crush all others in terms of scale, the impressiveness is in the tininess. Because when someone is putting a name above your eyebrow, a name that will be there forever, every time you look in the mirror, it better be as perfect as human hands can muster. Getting those hands practiced can involve inking up a fake one, like this “Pound of Flesh” contest entry. It’s hard to say which looks more real, the fingernails or that vivid face.
