Olympic champion and frequent Vegas club-hopper Michael Phelps has been photographed smoking pot from a bong. Those photographs were published first in the British tabloid News of the World. He has since issued an apology that you can read on his Facebook page, where he has almost two million friends.
Obviously this is a tragedy of Olympian proportions when you consider Phelps’ unrealized talent, his dashed dreams, those wasted …
