We can’t help you cook like a Wynn chef – that takes years of practice, education and a knack for culinary creativity that can’t be taught – but we can help you shop like one. Actually, since culinary boutique Taste of Wynn opened its doors late last week, you can shop like all of them.

The newest edition to the Esplanade between Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Taste of Wynn is stocked entirely with ingredients, tools and kitchen accessories selected by the chefs at both properties who use them daily.

Shelves dedicated to each chef display his selections – from Jet Tila’s favorite single malt scotch to David Walzog-recommended Shun steak knives. He even calls them “sexy.”

Of course, just owning the tools of the trade won’t make you a better chef in and of itself, but, at least while you’re stumbling through another recipe from Epicurious.com, you can sip on Switch Private Label Bourbon, pop a Wynn truffle and trust that Botero’s signature ketchup will cover any mistakes.
