If you spent any time over the last few months watching Bravo's all-star cooking competition and homage to fabulous food, Top Chef Masters, you've probably been left, well, hungry.

Calendar

Top Chef Masters Dinner
Prepared by Marcus Samuelsson and Rick Moonen
June 23, 5 p.m., $125 plus tax & gratuity.
RM Seafood at Mandalay Bay, 632-9300

On June 23, you can dine like Masters judges Gael Greene, James Oseland, Jay Rayner and Kelly Choi at Rick Moonen's Mandalay Bay restaurant when Season 2 winner Marcus Samuelsson stops by for a night of coordinated cooking in place of fierce competition. Tag teaming the evening, Samuelsson and runner-up Moonen will start things off with a cooking demonstration, followed by a cocktail reception and a five-course dinner in which both chefs will get to show off their culinary chops without TV cameras capturing every sprint to the pantry. And, like their efforts on Bravo, both chefs will be cooking for a good cause: local non-profit Three Square Food Bank. Now when the reruns start you can look at the TV and think, Yea, I ate that.
