Lux has a shot at another smash with “Damaged,” and here’s hoping the progressive trance wunderkind drops the new song’s excellent M4SONIC remix during this week’s set. National Rum Day at Double Down Saloon The dive favorite celebrates the wonders of sugar cane Friday night with free Sailor Jerry Floats—a combo of spiced rum, cola and ice cream. Coki at Beauty Bar You think you know dubstep, but you likely don’t. The electronic subgenre first blossomed in the U.K. before it invaded the U.S., and for some diehard bassheads, the English version is more nuanced and evocative, less gimmicky—and just outright superior.
