The Get Back at Beauty Bar If you’re headed to the Arts District for First Friday, consider swinging by Fremont East after your culture-and-funnel-cake fix for the long-running funk and soul party. In the booth: resident DJs John Doe, Danny Boy, Phoreyz, Aurajin and 8-bits. February 1, doors at 9 p.m., $5, free for ladies, free for men before 11 p.m.

Loose Joints at Artifice Looking to get your dance on this First Friday? Stay in the Arts District for Artifice’s afterparty, where local duo Totescity will hit the decks and fill the dancefloor. February 1, 10 p.m., free.

Sky Blu at Pure LMFAO might be taking a break, but the boys are still party rocking on their own. Join Blu as he celebrates the release of his single “Pop Bottles” at the Caesars nightclub Friday. Consider it not-so-subliminal messaging. February 1, doors at 10 p.m., $30 men, $20 women.

Sean Kingston at Chateau It’s going to be “Fire Burning” on the Paris nightclub’s dancefloor this weekend, as the reggae artist celebrates his 23rd birthday. And Kingston’s doing more than blowing out his candles—he’ll also perform live. No word on whether “Happy Birthday” made it onto his setlist. February 1, doors at 10:30 p.m., $30 men, $20 women, local ladies free.

Calvin Harris at Surrender From “Let’s Go” to the recently released “Sweet Nothing,” the Scottish producer’s poppy EDM tracks have owned the airwaves lately. You can “Feel So Close” to him Saturday night, as the Grammy-nominated artist returns for another date of his Wynn residency. February 2, doors at 10:30 p.m., $40 men, $30 women.

J. Cole at Haze The hip-hop artist struck radio gold with “Workout,” the lead single off his debut album. He’s expected to release another record this year, along with a collaborative project with Kendrick Lamar. Here’s hoping Cole treats the crowd to a preview during his live performance at the Aria club Saturday night. February 2, doors at 10:30 p.m., $50 men, $20 women.

Redfoo at XS After nearly two years of bringing party rock to Marquee each month, Redfoo launches his new residency at Encore this weekend. Expect shuffling, lots of leopard print and a champagne shower or two. February 3, doors at 10 p.m., $30 men, $20 women.

Super Brunch XLVII at Bagatelle Not sure where to party for the Big Game? Watch the Ravens take on the 49ers while enjoying Bagatelle’s signature brunch bites and beverages. The Super Sunday festivities include a $65 open bar and a $115 open bar and buffet. (Throwing your own Big Game party? See Page 16.) February 3, doors at 11:30 a.m., no cover.
