Alize was named by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine as one of the top new restaurants in the world, which isn't difficult for a restaurant that sits atop the Palms Casino Resort with the best view in town. Another plus is the fact that Andre Rochat, chef and proprietor of the highly acclaimed Andre's, is the doyen of Alize.
The restaurant has won multiple AAA Four Diamond awards and received One Michelin Star recognition.
Las Vegas Weekly's Brock Radke says "Chef Mark Purdy and his fiancé and pastry chef Tammy Alana are crafting bold, creative cuisine here, breaking through the restrictions of classic French." Radke says the tasting menu, which featured seven course for $135, was the best meal he's had so far in 2013.
