Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., inspired by the movie Forrest Gump, is a national seafood chain located on the third floor of the Harmon Corner across the street from the Cosmopolitan on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The restaurant features fantastic views of the Strip, patio seating, lunch and dinner and late-night drinks.
The restaurant is open 11 a.m. to midnight Sundays through Thursdays and until 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The bar is open until 1 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays and until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
