Wahoo's Fish Taco in Summerlin

Wahoo's is a franchise based out of Orange County, Calif., with more than 50 restaurants, including two in Las Vegas. Co-founder Wing Lam said the restaurants’ extreme-sport memorabilia and laid-back surfer vibe makes customers feel like they're in Southern California rather than a restaurant. Every dish and sauce, from the Outer Reef Burrito to the Ahi Salsa, is made from scratch, offering a cheap and healthy option customers can’t get elsewhere.
Two more Wahoo's are expected be opened in the Las Vegas Valley in 2013 — both in Henderson. One will open in May at Horizon Ridge and Horizon Drive and one in September at 725 S. Green Valley Parkway.
