A fighter’s choice for a walk-in song will not necessarily impact his or her performance, but it sets the tone and can boost the crowd’s excitement, which has the power to help rally a competitor to victory.

For all the trite and overused songs like Kanye West’s “All of the Lights” and the theme from Rocky, there are diamonds in the rough, like the first time Yoshihiro Akiyama walked out to Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman’s operatic “Time to Say Goodbye” at UFC 100. Tom Lawlor upped the ante when he used Olivia Newton John’s “Physical” at UFC 139, complete with hot pink sweatbands.

If you’ve ever heard a fighter’s song and thought you could have chosen better, now is your chance to play octagon DJ. When The Ultimate Fighter contestants walk out at the live finale at The Pearl at the Palms, they’ll enter to songs selected by fans. Each fighter made his top two picks and fans can vote for their favorite on Facebook.

Log on and become a part of MMA history by providing the soundtrack as one lucky fighter takes home the six figure contract as he is crowned The Ultimate Fighter.
