Known as “the world’s first and only heavy metal mariachi band,” Metalachi is set to perform at the Silver Sevens Showroom at the Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino on Paradise Road east of the Las Vegas Strip on August 19 at 9 p.m. Tickets are priced at $37 and can be purchased at the gift shop; for more information, visit silversevenscasino.com.

The LA-born band plays unique covers of favorite metal songs including Guns N’ Roses’ “Welcome to the Jungle,” Def Leppard’s “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” Ozzy Osbourne’s “Crazy Train” and Iron Maiden’s “Run to the Hills.” Metalachi last performed in Las Vegas at the Silverton Casino in May.

"Metalachi's unique blend of genres creates an incredible live experience that appeals to music lovers from all walks of life. We're thrilled to host them at Silver Sevens and provide our guests with an exceptional evening of entertainment," Todd DeRemer, general manager, said in a statement.

The casino will also host blues favorites the Moanin’ Blacksnakes this week, in the Nickel Deuce Lounge on August 18.
