If your diet is deficient in cuteness, fear not. Hello Kitty Cafe, which is set to open in Orange County, California, is bringing its pastel pink food truck to the valet area of Fashion Show Mall Saturday, June 20, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Based on its Facebook and Instagram accounts, the rolling sweets shop will hawk bow-wearing macarons and doughnuts, Hello Kitty-faced petit fours, strawberry lemonade made of Meyer Lemons and mandarin oranges and, of course, merch plastered with the iconic Japanese character’s expressionless yet inexplicably adorable face.
