Beer connoisseurs: Your options grow and get more interesting come Monday. That’s when Boulder, Colorado’s revered Avery Brewing will begin selling its unique varieties in select Nevada liquor stores, with a handful of bar/tasting room events celebrating the company’s 33rd state conquest starting tomorrow. Local distribution will be handled by Breakthru Beverage of Nevada (formerly Wirtz Beverage).

Avery, which has been brewing craft and specialty beers since 1993, is renowned for its craft and speciality brews, which have won various awards and collectively faired well with BeerAdvocate magazine’s ratings. Among its brews headed to Las Vegas and Reno: the White Rascal Belgian-Style White Ale, Maharaja Imperial IPA, Raspberry Sour, Vanilla Bean Stout and Tangerine Quad.

Avery is slated to be included in Aces & Ales 7th Annual Winter Fest Friday through Sunday at its Nellis location. Tap feature events will be held Tuesday at Atomic Liquors and Wednesday at Khoury’s Fine Wine & Spirits and Aces & Ales (Tenaya), all of which begin at 6 p.m.
