I was on an airplane that was hijacked. I was told that one of the hijackers was interested in me. When we landed, it was night, but there were some dim lights on. As we were deplaning, we could see there were rows of graves dug for each of us!–Teri, 44, North Canton, OH

Lauri: Some area of your life was starting to take off, but something interrupted the progress and is now pulling you away from your normal routine. The interested hijacker is actually your dreaming mind letting you know you should take interest in this new element in your life even though it seems undesirable. The dim lighting at the end of your dream is connected to your feeling depressed about this. Your dream is trying to show that you would do well to shed some light on this situation. The graves suggest you feel this is a “grave” situation, but at the same time, the dreaming mind sees death as a good thing. It means change.

Teri replies: What was starting to take off was a spiritual group I was becoming more involved in but was rudely interrupted by my taking on a full-time job after 11 years of being a stay-at-home mom! Yes, I am a little depressed about it, but upon further examination, I see that being a mom has given me confidence in the workforce, which may help create a more successful professional life and assist in letting go of past work situations that left me feeling a bit defeated.
