Though the dog days of summer are waning, there are still enough triple-digit days in our future to warrant protected outdoor seating. Look no further than the renovated covered patio at Summerlin’s Marché Bacchus, complete with misters for summer comfort and heaters for our cooler months.

While enjoying the lakeside view, take advantage of the fabulous French fare. I’m a fan of the moules frites (mussels and fries) from the lunch menu. Save some fries and let them linger in the leftover broth—the crunchy double-fried treats will soak in the garlicky buttery goodness. Vive la France!
