Fuku’s fried chicken and waffles dish is so fancy, it made the cut at the recent LuckyRice Night Market at the Cosmopolitan.

Used to be Fuku’s riff on the soul-food standard—a honey and sesame fried chicken skewer served alongside cinnamon andagi (Okinawan doughnut holes)—was only a periodic offering. Acquiescing to the demands of their fervent customer base, it's now offered at every other West Side Wednesday. Power to the people! fukuburgertruck.com.
