The Details

Neon Bazaar
June 1, 12-8 p.m. Jackie Gaughan Plaza, neonbazaarlv.com

It first popped up last winter—a market of stalls selling locally made art, jewelry and gifts in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. Organized by the Jeweler’s Daughter’s Polly Weinstein and dubbed the Neon Bazaar, the temporary market invited Las Vegans to discover boutiques and artisans from all over the Valley. They came. They shopped. It was good.

Which is why the Bazaar is coming back. For one day only on June 1, the Jackie Gaughan Plaza across from the El Cortez will fill with goodies from Patty’s Closet, Gaia Flowers, the Jeweler’s Daughter, Coterie, Unica Home, Patina Décor and many more. It’s about shopping, of course, but it’s also about turning the spotlight on creative locals doing something beautiful in the Valley. Kinda makes you wish the Neon Bazaar could shine all year long.
