THE DREAM ZONE

with Lauri Quinn Loewenberg

I saw a motorcycle accident. When I went to see how the man was I noticed the road had ended where the accident happened, chunks of his body parts everywhere! Later, I went back and the man's blood became live, green jelly!

Vanessa

Lauri: The end of the road indicates something in your life has ended, perhaps "by accident." A path you've chosen seems to have abruptly ended. Like the scattered body parts, what in your life has "come apart"? Seeing blood in a dream warns that something or someone is draining us. Have you put a lot of energy into something, only to have it fall apart before your eyes? The blood turning into a living green liquid says there's a big transformation going on. Fear not! Whatever ended is emerging into something different.

Vanessa replies: That's right on! I had helped my boyfriend with his business but changed my focus in the last few weeks because of my new job, and I'm now worried about what will become of his business. But I'm learning new things with a new mentor so I can start making a much better income (hopefully that brings growth).

ARIES
(March 21-April 20)

The Moon enters Leo on Sunday evening and stays there through Thursday morning. Sun and Jupiter in Scorpio add fuel to the fire, making you feel rocket-powered. Moon conjuncts Saturn on Tuesday, so take advantage of business-related opportunities that day. Moon also trines Venus and Pluto on Wednesday for a powerful love connection and sextiles Jupiter Thursday morning, confirming that you are definitely one lucky ram this week. The Ace of Wands in my tarot deck urges you to live your dream. Love: perfect; Career: charge! Health: you're up to it.

TAURUS
(April 21-May 21)

No earth-sign Moons appear this week, but Moons in Gemini, Cancer and Leo are compatible to you, and ease your way into the month of your opposite sign, Scorpio, and Jupiter in Scorpio to boot. You might feel a bit grumbly, but in my tarot deck, "Success" is a Taurus card, indicating that, whatever else is going on, you are never less than fortunate. You are, after all, the sign of money, and usually land neatly on solid ground. Love: don't take it for granted; Career: could a change be in the air? Health: instead of driving, hoof it now and then.

GEMINI
(May 22-June 21)

The Moon in your sign (sextiling Saturn Thursday and trining Sun and Jupiter Saturday) helps you rise (actually leap) to the top. The Magician card in the tarot (with your ruler Mercury in attendance) tells me you'll pull it off easily, with flair and charm, and everyone will "ooh" and "ahh" at your extraordinarily smooth accomplishment. Since you don't like to let 'em see you sweat, they won't guess how much work it took to get here. Love: uncanny; Career: the Knight of Swords in the tarot, a Gemini, slices through the competition; Health: let it be.

CANCER
(June 22-July 22)

You'll breathe a sigh of relief this week and in the coming month as the Sun enters fellow water sign Scorpio Sunday and Jupiter Tuesday night. The weekend Moon in Cancer means everything should be easy for you as October winds down. With Moon in your sign trining Mercury in Scorpio Sunday, you'll be mentally alert yet mellow at the same time. Take the opportunity to work on creative projects of depth and dimension. The Cancerian card "Luxury" in my tarot deck says that all the really good stuff comes from within. Love: pours; Career: flows; Health: glows.

LEO
(July 23-Aug. 23)

Wednesday, with Moon in Leo trining Venus and Pluto in Sagittarius, you'll feel like a frisky cat, and charismatic. That day, Neptune goes direct (it's been retrograde since 06/03, opposite your sign in Aquarius), but it's such a distant planet, you'll hardly feel the slight tug, if at all; in any case, it's a good thing for you. Love: I pulled the "Oppression" card for you this week. If the object of your affection doesn't blink at your gorgeous presence, think this: They might be nearsighted, so give it a minute; Career: happening; Health: kick up your heels.

VIRGO
(Aug. 24-Sept. 22)

Though there aren't any earth-sign Moons to keep you company this week and ease your way, that will change with a long lunar-Virgo run into next weekend. Still, it's not a bad week, with Neptune going direct on Wednesday, meaning that, on a subtle level, everyone's hopes and dreams will tend to be sharper and feel like they're progressing. The Ten of Disks ("Wealth") turned up in my tarot deck, with Mercury in Virgo. Can you say "windfall," in the form of a big pile of cash? Love: beckons; Career: onward and upward; Health: feeling better already?

LIBRA
(Sept. 23-Oct. 23)

Enjoy the weekend, with Moon in compatible air sign Gemini and Jupiter in its last few days in Libra. The final degrees of a planet in a sign is 29, (a potent number in all the psychic crafts), often heralding a great "lesson." In Libra, it's about relationships. Look for soul-mate arrivals and old-mate departures by Saturday. Jupiter's the planet (of luck), so astrologically speaking, it's all for the best. Love: the Four of Swords, chosen just for Librans this week, indicates a love bond is permanent; Career: smooth; Health: live every moment to the max.

SCORPIO
(Oct. 24-Nov. 22)

It all goes your way this week, Scorpio. Not only are Sun, Mercury and Jupiter in your sign, but the Moon's in water sign Cancer through Sunday, so you'll feel truly pumped. It's Nirvana. You'll feel both relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time, with lots of creative ideas bursting to be released on a tired old world that needs your help. The Scorpio tarot card that comes to mind is "Pleasure," with six little golden cups bouncing on an aqua sea. Do have fun, and make sure you get lots of: Love: meaningful and exciting. Career: make a difference; Health: much better.

SAGITTARIUS
(Nov. 23-Dec. 20)

Sunday through midweek you'll feel refreshed and ready to get work done, as Moon in Leo conjuncts Saturn and then goes on to trine Venus and Pluto in your sign Wednesday. Give love a chance if it happens to trot your way. You don't have to play games; it just happens. It's a lucky couple of weeks for you in the romance department. Venus enters Capricorn on November 5, so you've got time to heal your current relationship, or begin a new chapter in the Book of Love: "Strength" in the tarot says you're ready to intermingle; Career: you lose nothing; Health: grand.

CAPRICORN
(Dec. 21-Jan. 20)

Neptune in Aquarius goes direct Wednesday, which should please Capricorns, who prefer solid thinking to nebulous uncertainty and BS. Neptune retro may have been responsible for some pretty fuzzy political thinking (since June, 2003). It probably caused a lot of confusion and ambivalence, and irritated the hell out of practical you. With Neptune direct, there should be straight(er) answers soon. Aquarius is about being hopeful, so let's hope. Love: certain; Career: the Queen of Disks in my tarot deck is a Capricorn visionary, like you; Health: believe.

AQUARIUS
(Jan. 21-Feb. 18)

I've chosen an Aquarian card in my tarot deck called "Futility." Seven swords fly away from each other into a gray sky. It's chilly and depressing, and tells me pieces of you have felt like they've been missing or broken for a long time. That's about to change, when Neptune in Aquarius goes direct on Tuesday, after a long siege of hopelessness and confusion (since June, 2003) for many of you. You'll feel a surge of renewed optimism, and the energy to move ahead in every area of your life. Love: on its way; Career: falls into place; Health: you're "on."

PISCES
(Feb. 19-March 20)

With so many planets in Scorpio, another water sign, you'll swim happily through the coming month. In particular, Jupiter will be in Scorpio on Monday, so plan on waterfalls of abundance for at least 12 months. Also, buried treasure will reveal itself to you in every area of your life. True, Mercury and Venus in Sagittarius square you for a short time, but stronger Scorpionic vibes of November more than compensate. The Piscean tarot card that comes to mind is "Happiness." Love: passionate; Career: can't fail you now, if you work it; Health: boundless.
