THE DREAM ZONE

with Lauri Quinn Loewenberg

I dreamed that I had a 2-year-old son. He was running away from me. I had no idea what I should call him, and it seemed as if he didn't know me.

Camilia

Lauri: This child represents something in your life or something within you that is currently growing and developing. Like the age of the child, what has been going on in your life for the past two years or so? It is also significant that he was running from you, as this means he represents something that seems to be eluding you ... something you are after but can't seem to fully grasp or claim. This is also why you did not know what to call him and why he did not seem to know you. Are you having a bit of an identity crisis, unsure of what you want out of life or unsure of yourself and what you can accomplish? Whatever the case, this child is a part of you or some part of your life that you need to get a hold on. It's something that you need to recognize and nurture ... because like a child, there is an awful lot of room for growth with you.

Camilia replies: I must admit, I am pleasantly surprised at the depth of this dream! The past two years has been a quest for me to get off of public assistance and get financially on my feet so I can move into my own place (I'm currently residing with my daughter's paternal grandparents). Yes, I have been unsure of what I want to accomplish and how to go about figuring it out. I have recently started a new job that has the potential to reach some financial goals. Thank you so much for helping me understand this!

ARIES
(March 20-April 19)

When Mercury and Venus waltz into Leo on Friday and Saturday, the doors to the playground swing open, dear little ram. Yes indeed, Leo is the host to fun, gambling and luck. Enjoy the weekend. On Monday the moon moves into Taurus, and people may not share what you value. In fact, they may appear a little bullheaded. No need to butt heads. Okay. The moon goes into its fourth quarter Tuesday evening, and Wednesday is time for chatter while the moon is in Gemini, the yakker of the zodiac. The moon sends a wink to Venus on Tuesday evening and love is in the air. At the start of the week, Jupiter and Mars send a sweet message from your house of daily chores. Yes indeed, someone wants to assist you.

TAURUS
(April 19-May 20)

Jupiter hooks up with Mars to bring action to the relationship department, both business and personal. The home front lights up. Yes indeed, Venus and Mercury move into Leo, the party sign of the zodiac this weekend. Marvelous time to schedule a family gathering. Yes indeed, invite the whole barnyard. Keep a few of your ideas to yourself, because other people may not agree with you. The moon moves into your sign, Taurus, on Monday morning. You are probably feeling a little emotional while the moon is in your sign. Perk up your little ears and stay alert. Ignore red flags. Talk things over on Wednesday when the moon moves on to chatty Gemini.

GEMINI
(May 21-June 21)

Your ruling planet, Mercury, zips into Leo on Friday. You are the chatterbox of the zodiac, and with four of the 10 planets in your space of communication for another week or so, you now have an opportunity to communicate on all levels. Yes indeed, in Leo, the party sign of the zodiac. Get out and enjoy yourself. Someone shares in your daily work from the home front. Work behind the scenes on Monday and Tuesday. Don't antagonize a Taurus while the moon is in that sign. On Tuesday, the moon will be in your sign, sending love and kisses to the communication department. Share your knowledge with neighbors and siblings.

CANCER
(June 21-July 22)

Crawl out of the sandbox and look at this, little crab. Venus and Mercury join Saturn and the sun in your second house of values and money. Lady Luck could land here. Jupiter sends opportunity pouring in. Monday and Tuesday are not the days to share your ideas, hopes and wishes with people. In fact, a few of you little crabs may choose to build a sandcastle and ignore that meeting. On Wednesday, you can wave your little claws and yak again as the moon slides into Gemini, the conversationalist of the zodiac. Talk about real estate or anything else you value. Jupiter thanks Mars as the action flows smoothly.

LEO
(July 22-Aug. 22)

Happy birthday to you later-born kittens. Your sign will host several planets before the weekend begins. Yes indeed, the sun and Saturn are visiting today, and they will be joined by Mercury on Friday and Venus on Saturday. You will host four of the 10 planets. If you feel a little anxious, it is only the energy from those planets. Go with the flow and sudden opportunities will come your way. Keep your words a little soft while the moon visits Taurus the bull on Monday and Tuesday. Let the energy flow Wednesday. Share your ideas. Talk about your goals, hopes and wishes while the moon is in conversational Gemini. Now make a wish and set a goal you want to accomplish before your next birthday.

VIRGO
(Aug. 22-Sept. 22)

You love to detail and analyze and what greater time, little Virgo. You can work behind the scenes. Get out all the kinks. Get ready to launch your birthday in a week or so when the sun moves into your sign about the time you are host to the new moon. You're getting an early warning because the best time to launch a new project is between the new moon and the full moon. The sun's energy is in Leo, the sign it rules, and Mercury joins the sun on Friday. Saturn also is in Leo, bringing structure, and Venus will arrive Saturday, putting love and money on the table. Now work behind the scenes. Mars is in your sign, Virgo, providing action and energy. Neptune allows you to reach your dreams about your daily work.

LIBRA
(Sept. 22-Oct. 22)

Your Leo pals are winding up their birthday month, and they need an air sign like you to keep their fire glowing. With four planets in Leo this week, you can talk about your ideas with others. Reveal your hopes, wishes and goals. You do not have to balance the scales this week. It's a wonderful time to join groups, clubs and organizations. Share your values with co-workers. You may get a surprise. Jupiter is now moving forward, and luck and opportunity flow your way. Many of you little peacemakers are able to see some clarity in your thinking as well as your finances. You depend on your own intuition with most of the planets resting in the personal side of your chart. Go with the flow.

SCORPIO
(Oct. 22-Nov. 22)

If you are conducting a stakeout, Mr. Detective, you will observe Mercury slipping into your house of career on Friday, followed on Saturday by Venus. Yes indeed, bright light from four planets takes center stage in the career department. On Monday and Tuesday, don't get stubborn in your relationship department while the moon is in Taurus. Taurus is ruled by Venus. Show a little love in both personal and business relationships. Many of you detectives may decide it is time to dig up new career opportunities. Jupiter, the planet of opportunity, growth and luck, remains in your sign until Thanksgiving Day, and when it departs, it will not return for 12 years. Take advantage of this opportunity. Tell people in authority about your dreams, goals, hopes and wishes.

SAGITTARIUS
(Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Don't let that arrow fly—you might bag a lion. The energy you are feeling is Venus and Mercury joining the sun and Saturn in Leo, a fire sign like you. Many of you little travelers may decide to take a journey or acquire knowledge through books. Pass on some of your knowledge. Good results flow your way. Jupiter brings opportunity to the career department with the help of Mars, the planet of action and energy. Help a Leo celebrate his birthday. He is the party sign of the zodiac. On Monday keep your creative ventures to yourself. The moon is in Taurus and people may be a little cantankerous. Wednesday is the day to communicate, share knowledge and talk with your publisher.

CAPRICORN
(Dec. 21-Jan. 21)

Your banker will be your friend this week. Yes indeed, little mountain goat, meet with people. Even those who may not totally agree with you will meet you at least halfway. Mars, the planet of action and energy, encourages you to share your knowledge. I know you want to travel, but not this week. Whatever you feel must be redone, go ahead and do it while other people are there for you. Tell people in groups, clubs and organizations about your dreams and what you value. You have that opportunity this week. Don't get into financial disputes with family members on Monday and Tuesday. They may be a little inflexible. Chat with coworkers on Wednesday while the moon is in friendly Gemini, the yakker of the zodiac.

AQUARIUS
(Jan. 21-Feb. 20)

Mars sends action from others. Venus and Mercury join Saturn and the sun in the sign of Leo. This indeed brings four planets to your space of relationships. Jupiter gives you an opportunity to make your career dreams possible. With Pluto in the Sag, your social side takes center stage. Share your values. Avoid family discussions on Monday and Tuesday. You may find relatives a little intransigent. The situation improves Wednesday when the moon visits congenial Gemini. Career opportunities could suddenly flow your way. Share your genius and your uniqueness. Negotiation and compromise are your key ingredients this week.

PISCES
(Feb. 20-March 22)

Your house of daily work takes the spotlight Friday and Saturday when Mercury and Venus join up with the sun and Saturn in Leo. Your co-workers want to communicate. Surprises flow your way, little fish. Mars sends action to your relationships department. This brings an opportunity to share knowledge acquired from both books and travel. Other folks are interested in what you have to tell them. Jupiter could send you on an unexpected journey with assistance from Uranus, the planet of surprises. Wait until Wednesday to chat with family members. Your neighbors may be a little headstrong on Monday and Tuesday. A new moon next week should bring new ventures.
