World-renowned shoe designer Donald J Pliner was born with a silver shoehorn in his mouth. Donald and his brother, Elliot, worked as apprentices to their father, Leo, at the Pliner's Florsheim Family Shoe Stores.
Today, his 2006 spring collection infuses the latest styles and colors and still retains the comfort and sexiness for which he has become famous. Look for bold colors in kiwi, turquoise, cobalt, gold and jewel tones accentuated with embroidery, studs and grommets, as well as embossed and distressed metallic leathers.
