We like ventures that combine odd influences into something new, and this “cowboy ultralounge” fits that bill. Plus, it’s reputed to have the city’s biggest dance floor, and we appreciate big. Sure, the grand opening was canceled due to some bureaucratic whatever, but we trust the boot-scootin’ will commence shortly, adding another fine option to the city’s nightlife.
