Despite the critical scrutiny juvenile curfew laws underwent at the turn of the century, cops swear by them, stating that curfew laws are just another tool with which they might prevent the devious things that happen in the dark. Perhaps they're right, for according to the latest statistics from the Clark County Juvenile Justice Services, violent crime has picked up in the county as curfew citations have decreased.
