Ultimate Crash the Barricade value: $12.66 (also known as: Priceless).

Last week the House of Blues announced its new "Crash the Barricade” program, which, for an additional $10, gives concert-goers the right to arrive two hours before doors open at all-ages shows; scarf down either a hamburger or cheeseburger, fries and a soda; and enter the venue five minutes before regular ticket-holders. Is the experience worth the price?

Cheeseburger, fries & soda at HOB restaurant, plus tax and tip: $16.53. You save: $6.53.

Nevada minimum wage per hour: $6.15. You lose: at least $12.30 (assuming time is money).

Titanium, 21-inch crowbar plus three-hole ski mask for jacking open back door to secure best spot on floor: $31.90. You save: $21.90.

One box of Band-Aid Bandages Tough-Strips for wounds incurred at the hands of long-standing ticket-holders who didn't take advantage: $3.47. You lose: $3.47.
